Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Why we don't offer refunds: Each Fae Nest video is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind digital creation made specifically for you using the photograph and personalization details you provide. Because of this, we are unable to resell or reuse your order.
Exceptions: If there is an error on our part — such as receiving the wrong video type or a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your file — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at faenests@gmail.com and we will make it right.
What we cannot refund:
- Change of mind after order placement
- Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer
- Dissatisfaction with the fae's artistic interpretation (each sighting is unique!)
Delivery: Digital files will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 2 - 5 days of receiving your order.
